Eligibility to Apply E Shram Card

Any worker who's a citizen of India fulfilling the following criteria can apply for theE-Shram Card.

• Worker age should be between 15-59 years
• Worker should not be an income tax payer
• Worker should not be a member of EPFO or ESIC
